Type Locality and Naming

The type section is located in the Majula area to the north of the Wululong area, Pangduoxi Region, Linzhou County, Tibet. It was named by Chen Chuzhen and Wang Yujing in 1984.


Lithology and Thickness

Limestone and Claystone. Composed of grey-black thin-bedded limestone and black slate, with a thickness of about 50 m.

Regional extent

Distributed in the Linzhou County of the Lhasa area.
